Ultraman Cosmos: S1 E5 - Revenge Of The Fireflies Ultraman Cosmos

In Fubuki's hometown, Hotarugamura, firefly-like lights attack vehicles, erasing them one after another. This mysterious light turned out to be the large amounts of metals illegally thrown away in the village that fused with Chaos-Header. The lights eventually transform into a giant monster.
