When Furuhashi was on the way returning to Hokkaido because he received false report that his mother was ill, a patrol jet of the Defense Force crashed with a civilian aircraft in the Arctic. Furuhashi returned and came to work to start the investigation, but his Ultra Hawk 3 lost flight control. The accidents was caused by Alien Cannan by using a special beam that can take away control of aircraft.
