Livestock inspectors Gene Autry and Frog Millhouse are accused of favoritism when they try to help an old rancher and his attractive daughter whose cattle appear have hoof and mouth disease and are doomed to be destroyed. With the aid of a friendly elephant, Gene and Frog uncover the truth. Gene Autry and the Rodeoliers sing "I'm Gonna Round Up My Blues." Gene and June Storey sing "Moonlight on the Ranch House."
